Workshops: book me for a weekend workshop or reading festival or conference appearance. I am an experienced fiction-writing instructor. Pricing will depend on participants, availability, travel and other factors. I can teach fiction writing basics or speak on publishing, what an agent does for you, what a book editor does for you, and other topics.
Critiques: I will critique short stories or longer works for you on a per page basis. Critique includes combination of line editing and critique notes written on manuscript pages, and a typed overview.
Talks at schools or library events. My books are popular with young adults; I can speak to middle school and high school students about writing and about my books. My books are also popular with Baby Boomers. Book me to visit your book club if you are reading my books.
